ScanScape is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local stores in Ankeny, IA, and collect in-store data by scanning product barcodes. Expect a flexible schedule with about 4–10 hours per week across stores, plus occasional extra hours for special projects.

You’ll use a mobile app, work independently, and help improve retailer sales performance. Paid travel at your hourly rate is provided, with 401(k) eligibility and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
• Able to stand and move around stores for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and reach up to 6 feet.
• Capable of repetitive movements with hands and arms.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter with reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Tech savvy and comfortable using a scanning app.

Responsabilités

• Visit designated stores to scan product barcodes in displays and aisles.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes and record product quantities.
• Perform weekly store scanning and complete custom projects when requested.
• Meet weekly deadlines and deliver data accurately for clients.
• Support multiple store types including grocery, convenience, and mass retailers.
