JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Penn State Berks College Division of Engineering, Business, and Computing is seeking applicants for part‑time job of Manufacturing Fellow – Research Assistant.

Job Duties

• Undergraduate students support Manufacturing Hub implementation
• Production equipment modernization
• Production master data governance
• Global manufacturing standardization initiatives

Student fellows gain hands‑on experience in manufacturing engineering tasks with mechanical systems, electrical controls, manufacturing workflows, ERP shop floor integration, production BOMs, Routings, AI‑assisted engineering automation, and approved manufacturing data updates.
