Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a part-time Windsor Manager in Training to become part of our future leadership team. As an Assistant Manager in training, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, controlling payroll and expenses, and coaching a high-performing team of stylists while upholding Windsor policies and visual standards.

You bring at least 1 year of retail management experience or 6 months with Windsor, plus proven leadership and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of retail management experience or 6 months working for Windsor.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate team of up to 25 employees
• Quick thinker; resolve issues with customers and associates
• Effective communicator in group and one-on-one
• Flexible and reliable schedule

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and manage daily operations
• Provide an omni-channel Oasis experience to customers
• Assist Store Manager in talent acquisition and onboarding
• Lead and train a team of stylists, fostering performance and growth
