Job summary

Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, VA is hiring a Mammography Technologist for a part-time day shift. The role includes performing and interpreting mammography and bone densitometry, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required or registry eligible with hire-ability within 180 days.
• Trade school graduate in Radiologic Technology required.
• Experience with mammography and bone densitometry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and analyze screening/diagnostic mammography and/or bone densitometry imaging.
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure radiation safety compliance.
• Explain procedures to patients and complete departmental documentation.
