Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Part-time Mammography Technologist for day shift per diem coverage. You will perform mammography procedures, ensure high-quality images, and collaborate with Radiologists to support patient care.

The role requires ARRT radiography and mammography registrations, BCLS and CPR within three months of hire, and experience with Meditech, Epic, and Sectra systems. Orthogonal emphasis on patient safety and service is essential.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an approved school of Radiographic Technology.
• BCLS certification required.
• CPR certification within three months of hire.
• Registered with ARRT in Radiography (RT(R)) and Mammography (RT(M)).
• Maintain registry status per CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs Mammography procedures and operates machines safely.
• Assists Radiologists with invasive procedures.
• Articulates exam results to Physicians, RNs and patients.
• Assesses and monitors patient condition during procedures.
• Performs clerical and support functions for Mammography processes.
• Organizes and prioritizes work to meet customer needs.
• Helps colleagues to minimize patient wait times.
• Demonstrates customer service and interpersonal skills with patients and staff.
• Maintains adequate supply inventory.
