Job summary

JES Holdings, via Fairway Management (FWM), is seeking a part-time Housekeeper for Ford Lofts & Delaware Duplexes in Joplin, MO. The role covers cleaning public areas, deep cleaning units, and supporting property staff to maintain high standards and curb appeal.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of housekeeping experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Work is 24 hours per week across 3–4 days, with a focus on making communities welcoming for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years housekeeping or cleaning experience required.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop hallways, community rooms, and other public areas.
• Dust furniture, baseboards, light fixtures, blinds, ceiling fans and other surfaces to minimize dust.
• Clean all public restrooms incl. floors, sinks, toilets and mirrors.
• Collect garbage from public areas.
• Polish hardwood and metal surfaces in public areas.
• Assist in turning units by deep cleaning apartments for new residents.
