The role is part-time, with an AM shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) including Saturdays and Sundays, offering benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and more.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in building maintenance, upkeep, or housekeeping.
• Able to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and provide care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical plant, exterior, common areas, and resident units.
• Assist with apartment turnovers (painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing).
• Maintain grounds including pool and spa, if applicable.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Foster teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff and other departments.
