We are seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician for our new 151-unit Mainline North community in Santa Clara, CA. The technician will report to the Community Manager. This is a non-exempt position with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with some flexibility for on-call needs. The salary ranges from $25 to $27 per hour, depending on experience.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Duties are carried out safely and include all tasks assigned by the Community Manager. The technician assumes all maintenance responsibilities.
