Part-Time Maintenance Technician - Palm Coast, FL

Join Burlington Capital as a Part-Time Maintenance Technician at Tuscan Reserve Apartments in Palm Coast, FL. Located near restaurants, retail, and beaches, Tuscan Reserve offers a quality living experience.

We seek individuals with skills in leadership, maintenance, repairs, and customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining the property's appearance, performing repairs, overseeing contractors, and providing excellent customer service.

The position involves working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-call duties for emergencies during weekends and evenings. Minimum of 20 hours per week; schedule to be discussed during interviews.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform apartment maintenance repairs (painting, appliance repair)
• Troubleshoot plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry issues
• Oversee contractors and vendors
• Be on-call for emergencies
• Control expenses within budget
• Provide excellent customer service
• Participate in resident events as required
• Follow safety and liability guidelines

Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry
• HVAC certification required
• CPO certification a plus
