Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks at a small apartment building and condominium community, including appliance repair, construction painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in a timely manner.
• Complete paint and maintenance on vacant units to prepare for new tenants.
• Manage and complete tenant work orders promptly.
• Communicate effectively with management about work orders, turns, and other property needs.
• Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure a safe and functional environment for employees.
• Some on-call work is required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Interior painting experience
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair in a multi-housing setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to complete drywall repairs
• Perform move-out turns
• Ability to handle work orders
• Valid CA driver's license
• Automobile insurance and reliable transportation

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 20-25 hours per week, with on-call shifts. Location is in Stockton.

Must be a team player with good problem-solving skills, follow safety procedures, respond to emergencies, and ensure positive tenant satisfaction. Will need to travel to multiple properties in Stockton or stores, assist subcontractors, and work on an on-call basis if needed.

Compensation depends on experience. After the probationary period, employees are eligible for a Simple IRA retirement plan, cell phone reimbursement, and paid time off.

Must pass a physical and drug test. PPE and tools are provided by the employer. Mileage reimbursement is available when traveling between jobs.
