Job summary

A leading property management company in Glendale, Arizona is seeking a Maintenance Technician. The role includes daily upkeep, managing supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. Candidates should have the ability to operate hand and power tools, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. This part-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $18 to $20 per hour, along with various employee benefits including health programs and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain and keep an inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain the required property uniform ensuring a professional appearance.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure the maintenance shop(s) at the close of every workday.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle all lock-outs as a result of evictions.
