Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant units, interior spaces, and grounds.
• Ensure vacant units are turned over promptly.
• Perform groundskeeping, landscaping, and snow removal.
• Paint building interiors and prep-work.
• Complete carpentry repairs.
• Repair appliances.
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures.
• Change locks.
• Maintain supplies and records.
• Solicit bids for major repairs, purchases, or contracts.
