Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician ensures customer satisfaction by responding promptly to maintenance requests and preparing vacant units for new residents. This role is vital in delivering superior service to our residents.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push, or pull over 25 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools, including personal smartphone technology

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC Certification
• Proven 2+ years HVAC experience

Compensation

The pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr, based on qualifications and experience. Final compensation will be determined after a successful background check and drug test. Cohen-Esrey is an equal opportunity employer.
