Qualifications

• Experience with trimming trees.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor fixes to water meters including valve and gauge replacement.
• Install mechanical, appliances, and equipment.
• Common area landscaping upkeep (mowing, edging).
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation).
• Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm).
• Report to maintenance lead for issues.
