Felician Sisters of North America is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to support our Beaver Falls/North Sewickley Township administration offices in PA. The role is on-site, 20–29 hours weekly, with potential shifts at the Coraopolis facility and on-call evenings/weekends during emergencies.

The position focuses on floor care, general maintenance, and safety, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with drywall, painting, light electrical work, and plumbing is a plus.
• Basic computer skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in living, worship, and office areas.
• Perform routine plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance tasks.
• Snow removal from sidewalks and parking lots.
• Clean floors and carpets; trash removal and waste management.
• Set up and remove tables for meetings; move heavy furniture and equipment.
• Load and unload supplies; maintain tools and equipment.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and mid‑level repairs as assigned.
• Attend meetings and on‑call during emergencies.
