Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, handyman, or property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or appliance repair.
• Ability to diagnose and complete routine repairs independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and property procedures.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods as needed.

• Work collaboratively with property management and other team members to prioritize tasks.
