Job summary

Campbell Property Management in Palm Beach, FL is seeking a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join the condominium maintenance team. You will perform general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks to keep common areas safe and clean.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to address maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the condominium community.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the condominium property.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, common areas, and community facilities.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing faucets.
• Perform minor electrical repairs, including changing light fixtures, bulbs, switches, and outlets as qualified.
• Complete basic carpentry, drywall repairs, patching, painting, and touch-up work.
• Assist with preventative maintenance of building equipment and systems.
• Maintain hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and other common areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests from management and address issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with pool area, clubhouse, and recreational facility maintenance as needed.
• Monitor building conditions and report any major repairs or safety concerns.
• Assist with vendor access and coordinate maintenance-related projects when necessary.
• Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas organized.

Part Time Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our condominium maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure the property, common areas, and facilities remain safe, clean, and in excellent working condition.

The Maintenance Technician will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to address maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the condominium community.
