Job summary

Campbell Property Management in West Palm Beach is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support upkeep, repair, and the overall appearance of the community. This role is responsible for maintaining common areas, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring all building systems and amenities are operating safely and efficiently.

The position is Full-Time, Monday–Friday 7:30am-4pm, offering $19-$20 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience in building facilities.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in common areas, including clubhouse, guardhouses, Doggie stations and trash, and shared amenities.
• Conduct basic repairs involving plumbing, and changing out light bulbs, photo sensors and/ or timers for lighting.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and community grounds to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs to extend the life of equipment and facilities.
• Ensure pool areas, fitness centers, and other amenities are safe, clean, and operational.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work.
• Follow all safety procedures and building codes; assist with emergency repairs or after-hours issues as required.
