Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Courtyard by Marriott Settlers Ridge in Pittsburgh, PA.

This part-time role involves keeping hotel equipment in good condition through routine repairs and preventative maintenance on our engineering team. You will support the Chief Engineer on building and grounds tasks, uphold safety standards for guests and staff, and deliver professional, courteous service while assisting other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Maintain equipment and perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Aid Chief Engineer with building and grounds maintenance.
• Ensure a safe environment for guests and staff by following safety standards.
• Provide courteous service and assist in other departments as needed.
• Familiarity with emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guidelines.

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician!

Responsibilities:

• As a maintenance tech on our engineering team you are responsible for keeping all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
