Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure efficiency.
• Inspect the building for structural damage and perform repairs.
• Keep records of completed repairs and service dates.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance to reduce safety risks.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
