Job summary

John Deere Waterloo Works in Waterloo, IA is seeking a Part-Time Student Maintenance Engineering intern to support reliability improvements and maintenance optimization initiatives. You will analyze maintenance data with SAP, Power BI, Excel, and collaborate with trades, planners, operations and engineering to improve uptime and asset care while developing dashboards and visual management tools.

• Pursuing an engineering degree and registered as a full-time student.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance engineers in reliability and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with PM reviews and optimization efforts.
• Analyze maintenance data using SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
• Maintain equipment records and spare parts information.
• Develop visuals, dashboards, and presentations to communicate progress.
