Job summary

DNA People's Legal Services is seeking a part-time custodial/maintenance worker for the Tuba City, AZ office. The role involves janitorial duties, basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks, painting, and yardwork, with the ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of maintenance experience or an equivalent mix of training. Flexibility for occasional travel to other DNA offices is expected.

Qualifications

• At least one year of general maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs janitorial duties daily and handles heavy lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Repairs and maintains doors, windows, roofing, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
• Performs painting, electrical tasks, appliance servicing, and basic yardwork.
• Provides on-call emergency support for outages and sewer issues; travels to other DNA offices as needed.
