Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 2–4 years experience preferred.
• Capable of lifting 30 lbs+, standing or moving for long periods, and operating mailroom/warehouse equipment.
• Experience with shipping/receiving, package processing, and inventory tasks preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel; familiarity with Oracle, CampusShip, and Pitney Bowes.

Responsibilities

• Manage mailroom shipping and receiving functions.
• Receive packages from post offices and intercompany mail via courier.
• Process incoming packages, verify shipment details, and follow up on discrepancies.
• Deliver supplies to departments and maintain stock and service records.
• Set up and support meeting/event setups; keep carts and equipment organized.
• Maintain attendance, reliability, and professional conduct.
