Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform courier and delivery duties professionally to reflect company integrity.
• Report to starting location at scheduled time and complete routes; end times vary by volume.
• Manage secure collection, sorting, and delivery of interoffice and U.S. mail.
• Adhere to a strict five-hour daily delivery window with loading/unloading mail tubs.
• Maintain accurate chain-of-custody records and shipping documentation.
• Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with laws and policies.
• Complete special delivery requests and non-routine tasks as assigned.
• Ensure routine courier work is completed without unnecessary return trips.
