Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of nursing assistants in accordance with facility guidelines.
• Maintain accurate resident records and document medication administration and progress.
• Prepare and administer prescribed medications safely and accurately.
• Assist in staff evaluations, scheduling, and performance oversight.
• Provide direct nursing care, including wound care and therapy services as needed.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
