Job summary

Chamisal Vineyards is seeking a Part-Time Event Coordinator to drive revenue through winery events and guest experiences. You will also provide tasting room coverage, coordinate vendors, and manage communications with clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong hospitality, organizational skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior wine knowledge and CRM proficiency are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in special events, hospitality, sales, or a related guest-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, and support revenue goals.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities with deadlines.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Wine knowledge and luxury-brand selling capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an event strategy to meet revenue, wine sales, profitability, and estate utilization goals.
• Prospect and secure corporate events, private celebrations, and luxury experiences.
• Build referral networks with DMCs, associations, and partners to drive business.
• Manage a sales pipeline, leads, forecast reporting, and post-event follow-up.
• Lead events onsite, coordinate caterers/vendors, and ensure service standards.
