Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals set by the Store Manager.
• Develop knowledge of merchandise and maintain display standards.
• Merchandise product according to company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional environment; monitor ticketing and displays.
• Follow security and loss prevention policies.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
• Support the store with additional tasks as required.
