Movado Group is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate for the Allen Premium Outlets in Allen, TX. You will deliver exceptional customer service, build rapport with shoppers, and help customers select watches and accessories.

You’ll merchandise products, maintain a clean store, and assist with watch servicing as needed. The role emphasizes strong selling skills, flexibility in scheduling, and a commitment to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong selling skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; flexible to store needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
• Aim to achieve or exceed individual sales goals set by the Store Manager.
• Develop knowledge of Movado merchandise and how to merchandise products per company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional store environment with accurate ticketing and displays.
• Follow security and loss prevention procedures.
• Service watches (sizing and battery changes as needed).
• Assist the store with additional tasks as required.
