Job summary

Movado Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for the Nashville, TN Company Store. You will provide exceptional customer service, build rapport with customers, and help guests find the perfect timepiece.

You will maintain product knowledge, merchandise displays per guidelines, and assist with sizing and battery changes while supporting daily store operations to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills and experience, particularly in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and/or luxury retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates should have a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and ensure store objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals as established by the Store Manager.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of merchandise.
• Merchandise product in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment and ensure accurate ticketing and displays.
• Follow security and loss prevention procedures.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes.
• Support the store with additional tasks as needed.
