Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and performing light administrative duties. Team-oriented with a flexible approach to supporting stylists, management, and owner is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent personal and social skills when dealing with customers, co-workers, Manager and Owner.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle cash and other tenders of payment.
• Scheduling/Booking all service appointments.
• Perform light administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner.
• Team player, supportive of Stylists’, Manager's and Owner's needs.
