Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, luxury retail.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Flexible to work weekends and evenings.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to climb ladders or use stepping stools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer product recommendations.
• Collaborate with the greater sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store success.
• Stay informed about current products, trends and promotions to provide up-to-date information.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain store standards throughout the store, including back of house.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash and card payments.
• Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization.
• Replenish the shop floor as needed and communicate daily needs to management.
