Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Support Associate in Sarasota, FL for a part-time role in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, assist with transactions, answer phones, and help enforce store policies.

You’ll also support stock movement and maintain an organized stock room to ensure smooth product flow. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in high-volume retail, flexible availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays) and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with purchases and answer phones.
• Support front and back of house operations and stock room organization to ensure smooth product flow.
