Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a retail team member to deliver a transformational client experience and build our brand one customer at a time. You will use extensive product knowledge and selling skills to meet personal sales goals while representing Tory Burch values and lifestyle.

Qualifications

• One-to-three years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
• Deliver the Tory Burch brand experience through selling skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team to ensure policies and procedures are followed and losses are minimized.
