Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a dynamic Retail Associate to deliver transformational client experiences and drive sales in a high-volume environment. You will build relationships, apply product knowledge, and embody Tory Burch brand philosophy while following all sales and operational policies.

You should have 1–3 years of retail experience, strong personal selling and communication skills, and open availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, overnights, weekends.

Qualifications

• One-to-three years' experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.
