Responsibilities

• Clean all areas to the standard cleanliness required within time limits
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Follow cleaner checklist
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition
• Report on shortages, damages or safety issues
• Remove any open food/beverages left by guests
• Check all areas for left-behind items
• Uphold pristine standards in luxury rentals and offices
• Maintain good working relationships with managers and coworkers
• Ensure homes are cleaned and guest-ready
• Communicate needs noted during cleans to needed departments
• Daily facility maintenance including trash, mopping, dusting
• Ensure supplies are stocked in offices
• Weekly deep cleaning of common areas
• Wash and process laundry
• Prepare linen bags and amenities
• Maintain linens organization for each home
• All other duties as assigned by management

A DAY IN THE LIFE

The position of Luxury Rentals Cleaner will be responsible for assigned rental homes, office facilities and laundry. Luxury Rentals Cleaners will ensure that all assigned homes and office facilities meet and/or exceed appearance and cleanliness standards as set by Holiday Beach Companies.

Job Requirement and Responsibilities Include:

• Clean all areas to the standard cleanliness required within time limits
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Follow cleaner checklist
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition
• Report on any shortages, damages or security/safety issues
• Remove any open food items/beverages left by previous guests and or office personnel
• Check all areas of home for left behind, damaged and or dirty items
• Uphold and follow a pristine standard in our luxury rental homes and in both office buildings
• Maintain a great working relationship with managers and coworkers
• Ensure assigned homes are cleaned and properly set for guest arrival
• Communicate with needed departments of needs noted during cleans and guest issues
• Maintain facility daily inside and out - taking trash, mopping, dusting etc.
• Ensure supplies are stocked in both office facilities
• Weekly deep clean of common areas
• Wash and process laundry
• Prepare linen bags and amenities for upcoming cleans
• Maintain organization of the linens for each rental home
• All other duties as assigned my management

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LUXURY RENTALS CLEANER

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-motivator
• High school education or GED Equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Weekends are a MUST, especially during busy season (Mid March - September)
• Maintain a positive attitude and exude enthusiasm
• Attention to detail - quick to notice cleanliness

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to walk up multiple flights of stairs
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds - able to carry items from vehicle into the home and upstairs if needed.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A LUXURY RENTALS CLEANER

This position is part-time and would work2-3 days per week Friday through Sunday.

Must be able to work weekends.
