EMBREY is seeking a Part-Time Leasing & Marketing Agent at Mission Hill in New Braunfels, TX to assist the Property Manager in leasing units and delivering excellent resident service. The role focuses on sales and marketing strategies, driving occupancy, and creating a vibrant community.

Requirements: one year leasing experience, proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work with property staff to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Increase property traffic levels, maintain closing ratios and achieve occupancy targets.
• Maintain knowledge of property and competitors through site visits and surveys.
• Prioritize resident satisfaction with a 5-star service approach while building a strong community.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring residents receive a stellar experience.
