Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Agent for The Upland in Austin, TX. You will assist the Property Manager by leasing units and delivering a premium customer service experience to residents and prospects.

This role requires at least one year of leasing experience, familiarity with Yardi and Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license. The position offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare and retirement plans.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience.
Experience using Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

Help the Property Manager operate a luxury property by leasing units and delivering customer service.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies with the team.
Increase traffic, maintain closing ratios, and work toward occupancy goals.
Maintain product knowledge through site visits and competitor tours.
Foster resident satisfaction and community through proactive engagement and events.
