Ring Concierge is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the Boca Raton flagship, working on the Leap Platform at Boca Town Center. The role focuses on pairing hands-on leadership with a premium customer experience on the sales floor.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail leadership, strong coaching skills, and a customer-focused selling approach. Experience with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace is preferred; flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience in boutique, specialty, premium, or customer-focused environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills with the ability to build relationships and deliver memorable experiences.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide feedback, motivate others, and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving daily sales goals and KPIs through coaching, floor presence, and selling.
• Monitor performance and adjust priorities to maximize sales and efficiency.
• Reinforce product knowledge, storytelling, and personalized selling techniques to enhance the customer experience.
• Create meaningful connections with customers and coach associates to deliver thoughtful recommendations.
• Oversee Leader on Duty responsibilities, brand standards, merchandising, and daily operations.
