Job summary

The Hotel Hershey is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Team Member to clean guest rooms to brand quality standards, provide friendly service to guests, and maintain spotless spaces throughout the resort.

This role offers sweet perks like FREE admission and parking to Hersheypark, discounts on food and shopping, and more after you receive your Employee ID. Shifts are primarily first shift; weekend and holiday hours may be required, and you must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful completion of post-offer employment physical.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms to brand quality standards within allocated timeframes.
• Dust furniture, vacuum, sweep and sanitize high-touch surfaces.
• Replace linens and replenish towels and bathroom amenities.
• Assist with cleaning public resort areas (lobbies, restrooms).
• Report maintenance deficiencies via job-related software.
• Stock and organize cleaning carts and linen closets.
