Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in fashion retail stock and inventory, luxury retail preferred.
• Tech literacy; Shopify and Netsuite experience required.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and process improvement mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize store sales by maintaining stockroom and ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Manage monthly and yearly inventory counts and returns to warehouse.
• Oversee stock discrepancies with store management and operations.
• Keep inventory visually and systemically accurate and communicate discrepancies.
• Assist sales team with locating stock to promote sales and support checkout.
