Job summary

Cos Bar in Marin County, CA is seeking a Part-Time Beauty Specialist to deliver exceptional luxury shopping experiences. You will build meaningful client relationships, recommend personalized skincare, makeup, fragrance, and wellness solutions, and demonstrate products with impeccable hygiene standards.

You'll also support in-store events, manage appointments, and contribute to daily operations while upholding the Cos Bar standard of service.

Qualifications

• Luxury beauty or prestige cosmetics experience preferred.
• Cosmetology license or beauty-related education is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and luxury brands.
• Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Becoming an expert across multiple luxury beauty brands.
