Part-Time Lunch Assistant

St. John Paul II Catholic School (Preschool–6th grade) seeks a friendly, organized Part-Time Lunch Assistant to join our team this fall, helping prepare healthy, appealing meals in a joyful, faith-filled environment. As part of the Sacred Heart Pastorate and Diocese of Sioux Falls, we are committed to Catholic liberal education.

Schedule: 9:00–10:30/11:00 a.m., Monday–Friday during the school year. $16/hour, DOE.

Responsibilities include assisting the Coordinator with meal preparation, lunchroom setup, and daily kitchen tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic food safety knowledge (or willingness to train)

• Ability to follow recipes and prepare food in quantity
