Job summary

McCoy’s Building Supply in Gainesville, TX is seeking a Part Time Yard Crewmember/Forklift Operator. Starting pay is $18 per hour. You will assist customers, operate a forklift, stock products, and provide general yard and store support in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and safety awareness are essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of on-the-job training levels 1 and 2 offered by McCoy’s.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in the yard and assists with loading/unloading.
• Operates forklift and stacks materials in yard and warehouse.
• Responds to product questions and directs customers appropriately.
• Performs safety checks on equipment and reports issues.
• Covers materials to prevent weather damage and maintains yard cleanliness.
• Assists with cutting lumber and related materials as requested.
