Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly and energetic team members for part-time crew roles and lube tech positions. No experience is required; we train you to change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, and perform light maintenance while you stay in the comfort of the car.

You can move up quickly—over 90% of our Shop Managers started as lube techs. Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, plus paid training and weekly bonuses.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot/cold conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
