Qualifications

• Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Iowa Board of Nursing or licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse under the Nurse Licensure Compact, as applicable.
• Nurse Licensure Compact awareness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee licensed treatments for up to 30 residents.
• Assess and evaluate resident conditions, adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Lead and mentor Resident Aides, CNAs, and Medication Aides.
• Respond to acute changes in residents with professionalism and compassion.
