Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse licensed by the Iowa Board of Nursing.
• Criminal background, dependent adult abuse, and child abuse checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee licensed treatments for up to 30 residents.
• Assess and evaluate resident conditions, update care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team for optimal outcomes.
• Lead and mentor Resident Aides, CNAs, and Medication Aides.
• Respond promptly to acute changes in resident conditions with professionalism.
