Responsibilities

• Evaluates side effects and effectiveness of services.
• Collects and documents health data per guidelines.
• Provides written reports as required.
• Follows written health care plans.
• Administers first aid per district protocols.
• Communicates with health care team to coordinate services.
• May accompany students with medical needs.
• Promotes safety and punctual attendance.
