• Use Planned Care Dashboard to ensure complete primary care visits.
• Prepare patients to be seen by providers using established criteria.
• Document chief complaints and results from screening tests.
• Record patient vital signs accurately.
• Perform CLIA-waived tests, EKG, and hearing/vision tests.
• Prioritize daily tasks and coordinate with team for patient flow.
• Schedule tests and referrals in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and medical logs.
• Setup and stock exam rooms; clean rooms at end of day.
• Adhere to infection control standards and CPR certification.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
• Assist with routine medication administration and immunizations under delegation.
