Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare’s Pittsburgh Outpatient Program seeks a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patients in outpatient addiction treatment. The LPN will collaborate with physicians, nurses, counselors, and staff to deliver high-quality care, health education, and safe medication administration in a recovery-focused setting.

Ideal candidates have PA LPN licensure, CPR/BLS, and strong clinical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical support to clients in outpatient addiction treatment
• Administer medications and monitor effectiveness, side effects, and adverse reactions
• Complete nursing assessments, screenings, and ongoing evaluations
• Monitor withdrawal using COWS and CIWA protocols
• Assist providers during evaluations and treatment interventions
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and ensure patient safety
