Job Title: LPN or RN
Location: Near Stanhope, NJ
Position Type: Part-Time | Fridays Only | 7:30 AM - 3:15 PM | Starting 3/7/25

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 support for an 8th-grade student in a wheelchair with a G-tube. The nurse will be responsible for seizure protocol management and G-tube feedings.

Caseload Details:

• 8th-grade student
• Uses a wheelchair
• Requires G-tube feedings
• Seizure protocol management
• Fridays only, 7:30 AM - 3:15 PM

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in NJ
• Experience with seizure protocols and G-tube feedings
• Ability to provide 1:1 medical support in a school setting
• Comfortable assisting with mobility needs

Responsibilities:

• Administer G-tube feedings as required
• Monitor and respond to seizure activity following established protocols
• Assist with mobility and positioning in the wheelchair
• Collaborate with school staff and medical professionals to ensure student safety
